advice on the legal consequences of such ADR-procedures

translation and transfer of consumer complaints to the competent Clearing
House in the country where the professional is based

assistance throughout the entire ADR-procedure

information on German and European regulations on consumer protection

information on other existing consumer protection bodies and contact
